Alexander Technique Open Day at the Alexander Studio
The Alexander Studio is offering free individual Alexander Technique sessions on Sunday 24th September 2006. Sessions will combine brief discussion and practical working. If you have always wanted to know what the Alexander Technique is, and what the experience of lessons is like, these sessions are for you.
Sessions will last 30 minutes. Places are limited, so please book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.
